Beach Riot // Tucked French Braid
I'm loving Beach Riot's latest swimwear collection! This season they've established an assortment of bold prints and cuts. I was lucky enough to have Carpinteria, CA local surf shop Rincon Designs support me with suits for the next several blog posts! Rincon Designs has been a been a staple in the surfing community with surf board shaper Matt Moore at it's helm since 1980. The women's side of the shop is outfitted with tons of designer label swimwear and beach wear. This suit was one of many from Beach Riot and I chose it for it's unique top shape and gold back clasp. It's very comfortable to wear and made me feel like an exotic flamenco dance!
This is another simple braid, easy to do for a day at the Santa Monica Pier beach where this series was shot. It's a french braid that I tuckered under the base of the braid and used my CA Makes gold bun pin to secure it! I accessorized with earrings from H&M to add to the flamenco dancer vibe! H&M had tons of affordable, spectacular jewelry pieces to add to my wardrobe. I am wearing House of Lashes in Au Naturale. They are extremely easy to apply, ultra lightweight and reusable. They're the perfect accessory for any girl wanting to add some extra flirt to her daily stride!
